- Owner: The user who creates and manages a workspace and its billing.

3. Account Registration & Security
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration.
- You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Use of the Service
You agree to use Ovo Task only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:
- Use the Service for illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purposes.

5. Workspaces, Roles & Permissions
- Ovo Task allows creation of multiple workspaces.
- Workspace Owners control roles, permissions, and user access.
- Users can only access features and data permitted by their assigned role.
6. Subscription Plans, Billing & Trials
- Ovo Task may offer free trials and paid subscription plans.
- Billing is managed at the workspace level unless stated otherwise.
- Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
- We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable prior notice.
7. User Content
- You retain ownership of content you upload (tasks, messages, files, events).
- By using the Service, you grant Ovo Task a limited license to host, store, and display your content solely to operate the Service.
- You are responsible for ensuring your content does not violate any laws or third‑party rights.
8. Data Storage & Availability
- We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
- You are responsible for exporting or backing up your data where required.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or misuse the Service. You may stop using Ovo Task at any time.
10. Intellectual Property
- Ovo Task, including its software, UI, branding, and logos, is our intellectual property.
- You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without written permission.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
Ovo Task is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties regarding reliability, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ovo Task shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data or profits.
